About Fallon & Byrne

There’s a simple idea behind Fallon & Byrne and it’s this. We believe in wonderful food, fine wine and great company. We are dedicated to discovering what tastes great and sharing what we’ve found. Since opening the doors in 2006, Fallon & Byrne has established itself as THE place to consummate your love of all things delicious.

There are multiple ways to explore a love of food, be it in our Exchequer Street flagship, which is housed in a beautiful heritage building and comprises an award-winning Food Hall, Dining Room, Wine Cellar, and Ballroom, or in our café and pop-up food store in the renovated Victorian tea rooms in the glorious surroundings of the People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire.

In the sixteen years since we opened on Exchequer Street, our Ballroom has hosted over 1500 weddings each one as unique as the couple celebrating. Our mission is to help you make our space yours, and to create a special day that will be truly memorable for you and your guests.
